Hi! My name is Keriann Worley and I am absolutely thrilled you found me. First and foremost, a little about myself… I am a proud mom of three highly energized daughters (ages 16, 13, 10) and have been married to my supportive husband for over 17 years. I spent most of my life in sunny South Florida but I was originally born in upstate New York.
I was a typical adolescent/teenager, who was raised by a single; working mom. Definitely wish I had been more driven during high school, but I got through it, and had some fun along the way. Not too bad considering I almost had no supervision growing up. I wasn’t very involved with school but I was a cheerleader and loved hanging out with friends. I did wise up at the end of High School and decided to get focused so I could make something out of myself.
With much determination, I made it to Gainesville and graduated from the University of Florida with a Social Psychology degree. Go Gators! After graduation, I decided to use my degree and begin my career in the Human Resources field. It seemed like a natural fit! I love dealing with people, investigating, and solving problems.
While working full time, I went back to school and obtained my Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Management. I have spent my entire 22-year career honing my skills in the corporate environment. The first half of my career I was rising through the ranks in Human Resources Management, ending as a corporate Human Resources Director for a multibillion dollar organization. The second half of my career, I have spent leading highly effective and successful sales teams. Currently, I am the Vice President of Sales running a multi-million dollar sales force. I am a Strategist and Leadership enthusiast who enjoys championing people and teams to achieve stretch goals.
My experience doesn’t make me an expert on ALL things but I possess critical insight in certain meaningful areas. My goal is to share my many real life experiences and to provide guidance on what needs to be done to succeed on both a personal and professional level. I will also provide helpful tips on dealing with the continuously changing dynamics in the work place and keys to developing a balanced lifestyle to get the most out of life.
I’m a self-help book fanatic; always exploring ways to grow and succeed. I will probably write one myself someday. I’m motivated to find out what can be and what it takes to get there. I love to inspire people to do the same and live out their dreams.
I’m not a big fan of down time and feel immense guilt doing “nothing.” Our three daughters keep us extremely busy with school, friends, traveling, and club volleyball. Add a career on top of that and you get the point. Don’t get me wrong, I love watching a good TV show with a nice glass of wine in hand, and every now and then, a 90-minute massage to unwind…Everyone needs to decompress! Couple of other random things: I’m bit of a risk taker and I actually like change. I hope you find my insight meaningful and helpful…Now, let’s get started!
